Each year, the McCall Team hosts their Annual Meeting where various awards are given out to teammates and branches. This year, McCall Leadership had the honor to present the 2022 Branch of the Year Award to their Jacksonville Base Branch.
When selecting the branch to receive this award, the leadership team evaluates and looks for those who go above and beyond for their team, customers, and overall service. While each of our branches ensure this standard is achieved each day, the Jacksonville Base Branch was chosen as the Branch of the Year based on their overall growth and performance in the past year.
“Receiving this award highlights the dedication and commitment to the exceptional service our team embodies.” Steve Murray, Jacksonville Base Program Manager said. “It has been a privilege to work and lead a team of dedicated experts and we couldn’t have received this award without each of them!”
The Jacksonville Base branch provides pest and lawn services to the military bases around them, including vegetation management for over 5,000 acres and pest management for over 300 buildings, both NAS Jacksonville and NS Mayport. The relationship between McCall and KIRA has evolved over the last 2 years and together have achieved several milestones, such as receiving multiple “Exceptional” CPAR ratings this year at both bases, an accomplishment achieved for the first time by a contractor in over 12 years.
The Jacksonville Base Branch and its teammates truly show what it is to be a McCall teammate. We are so grateful for the efforts and dedication each teammate puts into place for their customers and team!
