With over 10 years of experience in the pest industry, Cindy Lee, HR Director, is retiring from McCall Service. Cindy has been integral to the HR department and McCall Service, bringing positivity and a smile into each day!
Cindy started her career with McCall as a Renewal & Collections Specialist in the Customer Care Department. When Cindy’s predecessor retired, she was promoted to HR Director. Throughout her role, Cindy looked for ways to strengthen the HR department and McCall by developing new processes, leveraging technology, and caring for her fellow teammates.
“Words cannot express how the atmosphere at McCall improved once Cindy was promoted as our HR Director,” Bryan Cooksey, McCall Service brand ambassador and former owner, said. “There was no task too small or big for Cindy to take on.”
The McCall Family recognizes just how much Cindy genuinely cared for her fellow teammates. Cory Goeltzenleuchter, Director of Technical Services & Operations Support, notes that Cindy always made herself available when a teammate required help in times of need and followed up with them to ensure they felt supported. Keith Davidson, Director of Internal Services, describes Cindy as diligent and hardworking, going above and beyond in anything she does. Roger Collins, Director of Operations, recognizes how much Cindy brought to McCall, bringing teammates together through celebration and times of focus.
Cindy is an exceptional example of a leader caring for her fellow teammates and always looking for new ways to leave McCall in a better place than before. The McCall family is grateful for all that Cindy has accomplished with the company and team and the legacy she leaves as she goes into her next chapter.
